Clojo Design Henk Stallinga by Goods

Clojo is designed by Henk Stallinga for the Dutch design label Goods. It is a toilet roll holder inspired by the metal hangers you get at the dry cleaner. By bending the hangers differently, such as bending a paper clip, a toilet roll holder is created. This design is decorated with simple simplicity and functional quality. A wonderful addition to your toilet! The material of the Clojo is steel wire and the dimensions are 12 cm wide and 23 cm high.

Henk Stallinga

Henk Stallinga graduated from the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam in 1993 and founded Studio Stallinga that same year. The Studio Stallinga team works on a wide variety of projects; from lighting and furniture to installations. The work strikes a balance between functionality and imagination. It invites the user or viewer to view the industrial product from a different perspective. With a focus on associations, Stallinga combines material, form and technique to achieve a new meaning of the use of the product.

The Clojo is produced by Goods  a Dutch Design brand founded in 1995, inspired by the human being’s ancient custom of gift-giving. Nowadays, the collection consists of prominent home accessories and small furniture by Dutch designers. These designers are both internationally acclaimed and young talents. Products from Goods are widely available in international museums, such as the Museum of Modern Art in New York and the Iceland Design Centre.
